All structures are British Safety Standards approved, and built from tanalised timbers guaranteed against rot for 25 years

Standard Features:

• The decking will be supported by 100mm x 100mm PSE (Planed Side Edge) tanalised timber posts, concreted to a depth of no less than 600mm.
• The decking area will be joisted out with 150mm x 50mm joists.
• The framework will then be boarded out with 38mm x 125mm high quality deck board.
• 41mm x 41mm picket spindles will be use to enclose the decking
• 38mm x 125mm handrail running along the top.
• Incorporated into the decking will be a Perspex canopy.

Technical Specifications:

• The canopies supporting posts will be constructed from 100mm x 100mm tanalised timber PSE (Planed side edged) posts concreted to a depth of no less than 600mm
• The joists used for the supporting beams will be 45mm x 145mm.
• Guttering will also be fitted to the canopy.
• The material used for the roof of the canopy will be triple walled polycarbonate sheeting (UV protective)
• The timbers used are tanalised and up to British Safety standards, also guaranteed against rot for 25 years.
• The reason for using PSE timber, are for both appearance and safety, normal rough sawn timber would pose a problem with splinters and also appearance.
• Freestanding or fixed to wall or existing building (note, no base work by yourself is required - site must be level to appoint).

The classroom can be either an addition to an existing building, or a freestanding single structure.

Access for the less able and extremely useful

Access ramps can be added to the structure together with handrails and flooring grips for extra safety.
