| Delivery Schedule Delivery for most of our products is FREE to any UK mainland, England and Wales. Extra charges may apply on some products/destinations. We will always confirm any extra costs prior to despatch. Delivery charges may also be incurred on cabin accessories that are ordered separately from log cabins. After you place your order, we will contact you to discuss your order and arrange a suitable delivery date. We are committed to getting your order delivered fast, efficiently and as safely as possible. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure delivery is made on the agreed date. Please make sure the delivery site is suitable, and compare the dimensions of parts to make sure your site is adequate. We can provide package dimensions if required on request. Please bear in mind what wood is natural product which bereaves and can slightly change dimensions (up to 2%). That is why, some boards, especially starting from 44 mm, could slightly split by length or thickness. This is nothing to be concerned about and will not affect the cabin structure. All cabins require a flat level Base. We recommend a concrete base. All our cabins are made from Swedish Redwood. Some of our cabins pictured on the website are shown to be stained/treated. The actual delivered cabins are not pre-treated or stained due to the nature of their construction and therefore need to be treated within 2 weeks of installation. They will need to be treated with a micro porous wood stain, and we recommend treating both the inside and outside, as well as applying silicon in the outside joints for extra protection. We will dispatch the goods only when the payment is cleared. |
